Ranges in public. Totals in writing.
Most practices will not publish a number. We publish the surgeon's fee range for every procedure, and your consultation ends with a written quote that includes everything else. No deposit is taken until you have it.

What the written quote adds
- Facility fee for the accredited surgery center, by operating time. Typically $2,500 to $7,500.
- Anesthesia by a board-certified anesthesiologist, by hour. Typically $1,500 to $4,500.
- Implants, garments, and overnight nursing where the plan calls for them.
- A year of follow-up visits, included in the surgeon's fee.
What is never added later
- Anything not on the written quote you signed.
- Minor revisions within the first year, where Dr. Marsh agrees one is warranted. Facility and anesthesia costs for a revision may apply and are stated up front.
- Calls, questions, and dressing checks.
All fees are fictional and illustrative. A real practice would state current fees, payment terms, deposit and cancellation policy, and financing partners here.
The consultation ends with a quote, not a conversation about one.
$250, credited in full toward surgery. In person or by video first.
