FAQ
Every objection, answered straight.
If your question is about your own face, the free consult is the place. Everything else is below.
Safety and providers
Who does the injecting?
Registered nurses and nurse practitioners with advanced injectable training, under a physician medical director who reviews plans and is available during every clinic hour. Licensed estheticians handle skin and laser.
Are the products real?
Yes. Sourced directly from the manufacturer or its authorized distributor, logged by lot number, in date. Ask to see the box. We like being asked.
What are the risks?
Bruising and swelling are common and temporary. Rarer: asymmetry, infection, and for fillers, a blocked blood vessel, which is why we use cannulas where possible, stock the dissolving agent, and train for it every year. Everything relevant to your treatment is in your written consent.
Who can't be treated?
Under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, an active infection in the area, or certain neuromuscular, autoimmune, or bleeding conditions and medications. The consult screens for all of it, and if the answer is no, nothing is charged.
Results and comfort
Will it look natural?
That is the job. We start conservative, keep your expressions, and see you at two weeks for a free touch-up on wrinkle relaxers. If you want more, we add. We never start with more.
Does it hurt?
Wrinkle relaxers: a few quick pinches. Lips and fillers: numbed first, most people say 2 out of 10. Laser hair removal: a warm snap, quick. Microneedling and RF: numbing cream, tolerable. Peels: warm and tingly. We will not tell you something is painless when it is not.
How long does it last?
Wrinkle relaxers 3 to 4 months. Fillers 6 to 18 months by area. Sculptra up to 2 years. Laser hair removal is long-term after a series. Each treatment page lists its own timing.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us. Wrinkle relaxers get a free two-week adjustment. Hyaluronic fillers can be softened or dissolved. We would rather fix it than lose you quietly.
Money and booking
Is the website price the real price?
Yes. Per unit, per syringe, per session, as listed. The consult ends with a written total. Nothing is added in the room.
Is the consult really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, no deposit, no obligation. Sometimes the honest answer is "you don't need this," and that is free too.
Can I treat the same day?
Usually. Tell us when you book and we will hold the time after your consult. First-time filler patients are occasionally asked to come back so the decision is not rushed.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, from $49 a month over up to 12 months, applied for at your consult. See the calculator. This concept shows the idea; a live site would embed its lender's application.
Cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours or a no-show for a treatment is a $50 fee, waived for illness. Consults have no fee either way.
Do you take tips?
No. Medical treatment should not come with a tip line. Leave a review instead; that helps more.
